For customer service, your manner is not good. (failed...failed...failed....)

We've got the trouble and showed the issue, u should be double check (mabye some bugs occurred that u didn't know ) & reply tenderly.

Not just say, we've tested that the result is ok, maybe is ur network not stable.(just one sentence ? without any  s.. r...x.. y)

how about try another smooth way, u can say, after our Mis group re-confirmed & tested over and over, there is no error showed, would your plz try again later.
